1000 Jobs Chicago Campaign Selects Modern Marketing Partners
Naperville, IL—June 30, 2015—A World Business Chicago initiative to raise awareness about manufacturing jobs in the Chicago region, named 1000 Jobs Campaign, has hired Modern Marketing Partners, a leading full-service marketing agency based in the Chicago region to provide marketing services in support of ongoing development and growth of the program.
1000 Jobs is supported by a number of partners including employers, community-based organizations, workforce development, and educational institutions in both Chicago and the collar counties. The City of Chicago, and the Digital Manufacturing Design Innovation Institute (DMDII) are key supporters. The ultimate goal of the program is to fill thousands of advanced manufacturing jobs in the region.
Modern Marketing Partners (MMP) will support 1000 Jobs Campaign with a variety of marketing services including public service advertising, website design and management, graphic design, copywriting, event marketing, and more. MMP was selected by virtue of its work for the Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center (IMEC), along with deep experience in the manufacturing sector. In addition, MMP will work with PR agency Hawthorne Strategy.
